The collection and use of customer information is very minimal. We do not verify personal information on accounts, but In order to process certain transactions leaving our system, we may collect and use information for such purposes as described in our Terms & Conditions Agreement.

We authorize access to an individual's information only to those who have a legitimate need to know in order to provide our services, or as required by law. Employees who have access to information about an individual are bound to confidentiality through company policies. We ensure information about individuals remains secure.

Most information we collect is obtained directly from the individual applying for or using our services. We collect such information via our secure web interface. The information is required to conduct on-line transactions effectively and efficiently.

For all accounts, the information is limited only to a customer account number, account name, password, and a valid e-mail address. The customer is not required to provide additional information although we provide the space for the information to be entered.  

We currently do not relay or collect information to and from third parties regarding our customers. It is our policy to act in this manner, however we may disclose the information described above if necessary to conduct business or where disclosure is required by the law.
